How to style SJ dresses?
sister Jane dresses are ultra feminine! Think Selkie or Simone Rocha style… lots of bows, beautiful prints, florals, ruffles and general loveliness! So the general rule with these dresses is that the dress does the talking, which means your job is pretty simple! All you have to do is reach for a small and sweet piece of jewellery or two and some lovely shoes… personally I love vintage inspired shoes as all the dresses have a retro feel.
As for a handbag, again, keep it simple with a cute shoulder bag or a top handle beaded bag like a shrimps one, or maybe a cute clutch or pouch bag! Keep it simple and you won’t go wrong!

100% yes!!! They are stunning!!! In fact, on the resell market, they sometimes sell for more than the original retail price because the best styles can sell out super fast!
The are stunning quality, beautiful and unique designs and generally a beautiful brand to adore!! They are a bit of an investment but there’s a lot to these dresses and they are perfect for more formal occasions like weddings!
Are they a sustainable brand?
Yes and no… they are doing good things and they make great clothes which are designed to be loved and worn for years. So they aren’t fast fashion, however, they are not strictly a sustainable brand and striving to be better. I don’t think you need to feel guilty about buying their dresses!
