The Perfect French Fries Recipe!
Ingredients for four people:
- Five large potatoes approx. 1 kg
- approx. 2 l oil or 1.5-2 kg deep-frying fat

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cover them with plenty of cold water in a bowl. Please take the potatoes one by one and cut them into slices, then in 1 cm thick sticks. Put the potato pegs back into the bowl with water to do not tarnish.

French Fries Oven Recipe
You can make crispy fries yourself with a bit of fat in the oven. You can also save a few calories with the classic mayonnaise dip, and the whole recipe has no more than 390 kcal per portion.

- 750 g large smooth potatoes
- One teaspoon of sweet paprika
- One tablespoon of oil
- Baking paper
